How to Sign in at SBAC?

If you already have a SBAC account in the socialbusinesspedia.com, just click this link: http://socialbusinesspedia.com/sbac/login,  insert Username/Email and password and then click submit.

How to create a New Account?

Please follow below steps to create a new account:

  1. Go to http://socialbusinesspedia.com/sbac/registration
  2. Click New Account from the right side of the main menu
  3. Fill up information
  4. Click Submit
  5. Once you submit all information, then you will get an email with an acount activation link
  6. Go to your email inbox and click the activation link 

That's it!

How to reset password?
  1. Go to sign in page and click at 'Forgot Your Password?' or click on link: http://socialbusinesspedia.com/sbac/users/forgotpassword
  2. Insert your email
  3. You will get a password reset email
  4. Click password reset link from your inbox
  5. Reset your password
How Track Chairs can view their Tracks Papers?

Sign in at SBAC first. You will see 'All Submissions' button in the Upcoming Conference page. When you click the button, you will see all paper list. Filter your tracks paper by selecting your Track.

How to submit paper?
  1. Sign in first going here: http://socialbusinesspedia.com/sbac/login
  2. You will see the upcomming conference information with 'Submit Paper' button 
  3. Click 'Submit Paper' button and proceed with following steps:
    • Step 1: Track Selection
    • Step 2: Paper Title and Abstract
    • Step 3: Author
    • Step 4: Upload Paper (PDF)
  4. Once paper will be submitted, you will get a confirmation email
Is it possible to resubmit paper?

 Yes! Author can edit/resubmit own paper before paper submission deadline.

What are the guidelines for writing final paper for SBAC 2017?

Authors whose papers have been accepted earlier are required to submit their final paper. While submitting the final paper, authors need to follow below instructions:

Manuscript Format: The entire manuscript must be single-spaced (including footnotes and references) and written on A4 page format, with 2 cm margins all around. Indents should be created using the tab function (1.27cm left), not the space bar (spaces). The preferred font is 12-point Times New Roman.

Keywords: All texts must be accompanied by a list of keywords: 4 to 5 words or short phrases best describing the content of the papers. The keywords have to be arranged in alphabetical order.

Acknowledgements and Disclosure Notices: The manuscript must not contain any kind of acknowledgements or disclosure notices (as footnote or within the text). They may provide information that can lead to a positive identification of the author(s).

Word Limit: Manuscripts should not exceed 4,000 words.

References: References should follow Harvard style.

Titles and Subtitles (Headings): Authors should use a maximum of three-levels of headings:
Heading 1 – for paper title (size 14, bold)
Heading 2 – for subtitles (size 13, bold)
Heading 3 – for sections (size 12.5, bold and italics)

How to Submit final paper for SBAC 2017?
  • Login at http://socialbusinesspedia.com/sbac/login
  • Go to my paper by clicking ‘My Paper’ button.
  • You will see your paper summary and a button named ‘Submit Final Paper’.
  • Click there and upload PDF file of your paper
  • And then, click ‘Submit Paper’.

How to assign reviewer for a specific paper?
  1. Click 'All submission' button from dashboard. 
  2. Filter papers by your track
  3. You will see your track's papers list
  4. Click on 'Add Reviewer' from the paper list
  5. Search reviewer in the database and add
  6. If the reviewer is not registered in the system, click  "Add Manual" button to send him/her a request.
How to accept/reject paper?
  1. Go to 'All Submissions' from dashboard
  2. Click on "Final Decision" button
  3. Then you will see the details of this paper with review
  4. You will see the 3 options:
  5.  Select and update

How to submit review?
  1. Sign in going here:  http://socialbusinesspedia.com/sbac/login
  2. Click on 'Review Request' button from dashboard page
  3. Submit Review

 

Is it possible to update review?

Yes! Reviewers can update his/her submitted  reviews before final decision (accept/reject) is taken.

To view all submitted papers, please follow the following steps:

  1. Sign in http://socialbusinesspedia.com/sbac/login
  2. Click on 'All Submissions' button from dashboard
  3. You can filter papers by Tracks and Paper status
