Social Business Academia Conference 2016

The concept of Social Business has been initiated and promoted by Nobel Peace Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus. Social Business Academia Conference is held each year around this concept to review the theoretical and practical implications and potential of the concept. You are invited to attend the 4th edition of this conference scheduled to be held at HEC, Paris, France on 9-10th November, 2016. The purpose of the conference is to create a networking opportunity for academics, researchers, practitioners, and development activists to discuss recent insights on Social Business.
Although academic in nature, both academic and non-academic paper-writers consisting of business executives, consultants, social activists, social business practitioners, and others will deliver research papers, case studies, in-depth evaluations, and papers documenting innovative directions of social businesses. Collectively paper-writers will reflect on the challenges and opportunities that social businesses face as they try to take on the most complicated human problems inside one country, and across countries around the world.
Paper-writers will choose their own subjects relating to social business. We are listing some topics to highlight the diversity of topics.

Fighting poverty, inequality, slow down or reverse the process of concentration of wealth in only few hands, unemployment of youth etc.

Important Dates:
Full paper submission deadline: 15th July, 2016
Notification of decision on papers: from 1-10th August, 2016
Camera-ready paper submission deadline: 15th September, 2016
Submission Details:
There will be a peer-review process to select papers for presentation at the conference. Once papers have been selected authors will be notified about the specific sessions in the conference where it will be presented. At least one of the authors would have to register and be present at the conference for the paper to be published in the proceedings. If no author is available to present the paper, the paper will be withdrawn from the presentation list.
Submission Instructions:
Authors are requested to submit their papers (Paper Size: Manuscripts should not exceed 4,000 words) (pdf only) through the submission page of Social Business Academia Conference 2016 (SBAC 2016). Authors are requested to see the instruction for authors ( http://socialbusinesspedia.com/sbac/2016 ) before submitting the paper.
