Tomukum Chia is Academician/Senior Administrator and the Regional Secretary of the International Academy of Astronautics, Paris France, Pan African Institute for Development, I am the International Representative and Chief Executive Officer, Chia Funkuin Foundation, I double as the Director General, Global Centre for Compliance, Hazards and Disaster Management, and Consultant and Director of International Cooperation and Development at the Regional Centre for the Welfare of Ageing Persons in Cameroon and the Central University Institite, Nkwen Bamenda, Cameroon.
