<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif";"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">Mr. Abser Kamal, Managing Director of Grameen Shakti was born in </span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%; letter-spacing: -0.15pt;">January 31, 1949 in Chittagong, Bangladesh. He obtained his masters degree in Marine Biology from University of Chittagong in 1976. Mr. Kamal has a dedicated career of 25 years in Grameen Bank, Bangladesh with many responsible duties. Prior to joining Grameen Shakti, he worked as Chief of Services Department, Secretary of Board of Directors, Grameen Bank, and Principal Consultant for replication of village phone program in Uganda. He has visited many countries and participated international conferences & </span><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;">symposiums.</span></p>
