Zhihan is the co-founder and Group CEO of BagoSphere, a school that develops frontline workers with mindsets, skills & human capabilities. Before BagoSphere, Zhihan worked at a medical-tech start-up in Stockholm before venturing into rural India to work with a social enterprise involved in rural IT outsourcing. Zhihan is an Ashoka Fellow, leadership coach and budding meditator.
