Valerie Mazon is the Managing Director of Danone Communities, the impact investment fund of Danone, which invest in businesses which address the issues of low incomes population on access to safe drinking water or access to nutritious diet.

Valerie has more than 30 years of business experiences in Health categories, in mature and developing countries, 6 years ago, she decided to join Danone Communities to support Social Businesses on their journey to impact at scale.

She has been the General Manager of Grameen Danone in Bangladesh, experimenting the power and the complexity of impacting low incomes population through business.

She is a strong believer of, the power of business mechanisms to drive long lasting impacts and the strength of partnership to tackle world’s toughest challenges.
