Nurfarini is the CEO of myHarapan, a foundation fueling youth empowerment and positive social change since 2010. Leveraging 24 years of SB and startup development experience, including mentoring entrepreneurs, she honed her skills by contributing across industries. Nurfarini's leadership extends to a family-owned resort.

This Warwick University alumna boasts an INSEAD SE Program certificate and teaching credentials. She was also a DIVA-Ashoka 2022 cohort. Her dedication earned her the 2015 Social Innovation Leadership award and nominations for recognitions like Malaysian Great Women of Our Time. She also received an SE Research Academy Fellowship and Wiki Impact Top 100 honour in 2022.
