Deborah Hunt is the Dr. Betty L. Forest Dean and Professor at the College of Nursing and Public Health at Adelphi University. She is an accomplished nursing leader, writer, educator, and scholar. She is a fellow in the New York Academy of Medicine and is the Chair of the Health and Human Services Committee at Bronx Community Board #10. She is passionate about international collaboration most recently with Bangladesh and India. She was honored to meet Professor Yunus and his team, and Susan Gibson (Ambassador and Liaison) to help facilitate the MOU between Adelphi University and Grameen Caledonian College of Nursing. She recently visited Grameen Caledonian College of Nursing in Bangladesh with two of her faculty colleagues to provide a Faculty Development Program.
