Farhia Tabassum Hoque is a social entrepreneur with over six years of experience in building businesses and the startup ecosystem. As the Programs Coordinator at YY Ventures, she manages entrepreneurship support programs that benefits early-stage social entrepreneurs in Bangladesh, Uganda and Tanzania. She previously managed Shuttle for School to provide safe school transportation and co-founded CHAYA, a co-living startup in Bangladesh that provided housing to a largely underserved group; bachelors in Bangladesh, especially women. Farhia is also building Working Women Bangladesh, a resource-sharing community to empower women in leadership roles, and serves as the incoming Curator of Global Shapers Dhaka Hub, a World Economic Forum initiative
