After graduating from Ecole Polytechnique, he joined Veolia in 1993 in the field of waste management. He had various positions within the group, particularly Deputy Director of Veolia’s R&D. As CEO if INNOVE and 2EI, he is in charge of developing pilot projects and incubating innovative urban sustainability services for local authorities in various countries of the world, whether of a technical, social, economic or contractual nature. INNOVE acts as an incubator to test the viability of these innovative mechanisms and partnerships. 2EI, as a consultancy team, helps disseminate them to markets.
