Susan has a wealth of experience in Access to Finance, SME Business Development Services and Portfolio Management. Prior to joining Yunus social business Uganda, Susan worked as a Financial Business Advisor on a USAID/ Uganda Private Health Support Program offering BDS and access to finance support to private health care businesses across the country. Susan has also worked as a Program Manager at Innovations Systems and Cluster Program – Makerere University where she offered BDS to various clusters along the agricultural value chain across Uganda and as a credit officer at Finance Trust Bank Limited.

Susan has worked with various SMEs on a range of BDS services including business planning, market research, feasibility studies, financial management, investment appraisals; structuring financing options; business skills training and market linkages.

Susan holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and several certificates in Project planning, management and in M&E.
