Master in Management of live entertainment. Professor of Commercial Law and of Law of Trade and Financial Markets at the Faculties of Economics and Laws of the University of Urbino. Scientific director of the project "Business and Culture. Culture as a driver for economic and social development " , with the artistic director M. ° Felicia Bongiovanni. Author of several books and articles. She hasbeen a member of the Ethics Committee of  Coop Adriatica, one of the Italian biggestcooperatives, and she is currently a member of the board of directors of the Italian listedcompanies Unipolsai Assicurazioni and Biesse Group.
