Prometheus Siddiqui is a development professional who is currently engaged with Grameen Australia as Group Projects Director. As a member of the senior executive and management team of the Grameen Australia group Prometheus heads stakeholder engagement and project management and advises on strategy. His current portfolio includes projects in Asia (Philippines, Cambodia and Bangladesh). He also supports the group exec team and board in leading various Australian initiatives. Prometheus is also member of the board of Directors of Grameen Australia’s Singapore based subsidiary Dana Asia. Prometheus’ previous roles have been with NDB Capital Limited (a Sri Lankan Investment Bank) and UN Capital Development Fund (volunteer consultant) at the regional headquarters of United Nations in Bangkok, Thailand. He has been working with the Grameen family of companies chaired by Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus since 2012. Prometheus is also sessional academic (lecturer) at his alma mater Victoria University in Sydney, Australia.
