Abida Sultana is the co-founder of Onnosheba, a diner & a food caterer, which serves nutritious & healthy food at an affordable price to menial workers in urban area of Chittagong, Bangladesh.  She is also a director of Chittagong Social Business Center & looks after the project proposals from new entrepreneurs & their implementations.
On completion of her Post graduation in Marine Sciences she engaged herself in the family run business in Aqua-Culture. She also worked in primary and high School as a Science coordinator and teacher for seven years.

In 2014 she started Onnosheba as a pilot project to serve nutritious packaged food & snacks at an affordable price for some primary schools and low-income working adults in the vision to change the unhealthy traditional street food culture. The project which started with the investment of her personal savings of approximate 900.00 USD and engaged only five menial workers made turnover of about 44500.00 USD in the last half of 2016 and currently engages 24 hands many of which are previously unemployed female. Currently to reach out to bigger customers Onnosheba does not only sell the food products from its own outlet but it also supplies to potential street vendors at strategic locations around the city on short term credit.
