Mr. Sanjiv Krishnaji Shelgikar has earned his Bachelor of Commerce in 1974 He has been a Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has been in practice as Chartered Accountant since 1978.

He has worked with P.D. Kunte & Co., Chartered Accountants, as apprentice, handling specialized tax planning assignments – September 1978 till September 1981. He has worked with ex-Chief Justice of Supreme Court of India for editing Rammayya’s Companies Act, published by Wadhwa & Co. He has worked for reputed VIDEOCON group for Group Finance, Dept. handling all local IPO’s, International mobilization of debt and equity, domestic and International Structured financial products for the Group’s finances aggregating over Rs.2000 crores. He has experience working for a reputed pharmaceutical company for local I P O and the connected assignments. Worked for agro-products company for local I P O and International equity mobilization. Worked for Global acquisition of Thomson & Electrolux. He developed and implemented successfully structured products for finances through SPV’s and credit enhanced products in Indian Corporates.
