The Design Lab was chaired by Mr. K M Saleheen, Coordinator of SB, Grameen Telecom Trust.

Also present in the Design Lab were Mr. Anwar Hossain, Panel Officer and Mr. Saddam Hossain Kazi of SB, Grameen Telecom Trust.
