The Design Lab was chaired by Mr. Rafiquel Islam, Panel Officer of SB, Grameen Telecom Trust.

Also present in the Design Lab were Mr. Abdus Samad, Unit Incharge, Titas Unit, Cumilla of SB,  Grameen Telecom Trust.
